Lady: "You mean you want us to apologize for the inconvenience caused?"
you noe y she say that? cuz the sentence is..
"THIS COUNTER IS TEMPORARILY OUT OF SERVICE!"
(it is in capital letters and a exclaimation mark)
follow by
"APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED!"
Though small letters in the pic, it ended with a "!".
as thou we demand the customer to apologize to us when the counter out of service.
