there is this project..
cant exceed a fixed time..
i alr reminds them many many times.
ours definitely exceeds the time..
cut down as much as possible..
but everytime..
they dun seems to believe me?
they would say "i guess wun ba".
i heard these many times..
but confirm chop it would exceed!
then i say it politely.. best is to reduce as much speeches as possible.
but but but... hais. there is no changes at all..
i felt so demanding telling them so many times..
but.. we really cant exceeds that time!!!
no points will be given after tt time limit..

i prefer inidividual.. really~
there is less friction and things get done at faster pace.
