JAW PROBLEM
my jaw my jaw...
my left jaw...
that day when I am using com..
it jus got locked automatically.
i cant open my mouth big..
thats freaking scary i swear!
for instance, normally when u open ur mouth wide..
u can stuff 3 fingers in..
but tt day i could barely stuff 1 finger in. :(
however, it auto went off the next day.
but recently these few days..
it attacked me again.
i woke up in the middle of the nite..
finding tt my left jaw lock again..
i cant open my mouth AGAIN.
i have to press n massage the side bone thn it can open..
but if gives off a clicking sound (left)
whenever I try to open my mouth..
i googled online..
its a kind of illness. =(
known as TMJ?
i read on.. and i noticed it can be serious...
but i guess mine is mild now..
it says it happens maybe cuz u r grinding and clenching ur teeth while u slp.
do u ppl actually open ur mouth when u slp? lols.
*really pray I could recover n not worsen!* lol!
i have no idea why i have this at this young age.. -.-
my parents and family do not have this at all.
lols.
I admit to my destiny...
but I hope it doesnt get worst..
