there are nasty customers..
but there are really nice customers.
its quite a challenging job when u met nasty customers.
wad i like is:
i get to learn alot of things bout human.
a person's character..
how ugly can a person be..
(they owas look down on ppl with lower rank.)
and how miracle-ly, a nice person can still exist. =)
