let me blog about first day of work before i slp.
hmm.. nice cool temp job for one week. ;)
bascially I have to answer phone calls..
and i get to sit whole day long. lols.
i held this customer for so long..
the call with her lasted for 8 minutes..
while usually it only takes 2 mins.
she asked "can i make a comment"
i tot she wanted to talk bout my bad service
(for holding her on line so long)
but instead, she praised me for being polite.
lols. i said this not cuz i wanted to show off..
i want to highlight this:
u can see all types of people in the world.
i bet some.. even if u put them on hold for 2 mins..
they might nag n scold like nobody's business.
yet this lady i hold her online for like 5 to 6 mins?
she din scold me.. instead she praised me for my service.
it's really surprising. hahas.
well, nice working place. =)
there aren't much calls today..
so i kinda rot through out the day doing nth.
lols. hope tml i wont be flooded with callssss.
